Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2026-2027 SEASON TRYOUTS
Tryout Registration Refund Policy All tryout registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the New Hampshire East Eagles. Registering for tryouts helps cover administrative costs, ice time, staffing, and planning expenses. For this reason, refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend. If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact the New Hampshire East Eagles directly with a brief explanation. Thank you for your understanding and support of our program.

NH East Eagles Youth Hockey Association – Refund Policy All registrations are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refunds will only be considered in cases of special circumstances (such as injury or illness) and must be approved by the Director of Hockey. To request a refund consideration, please contact: Jeremy Tufts, Director of Hockey nhedirector@gmail.com By registering with NH East Eagles Youth Hockey Association, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

New Hampshire East (NHE) Hockey Association understands that life's circumstances can shift unpredictably. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include the reason for cancellation, the notice given, and the possibility of filling the now available spot. While we can't guarantee a full refund in every situation, we pledge to work with our players and their families to find a fair solution. Depending on the circumstances, this could involve a partial to full refund, credits for future programs, or other equitable options. Please note, the earlier we receive a cancellation notice, the greater the likelihood of issuing a substantial refund, as we may have the opportunity to fill the spot with another participant. Remember, non-attendance at a practice does not constitute a cancellation. Therefore, if you are unable to continue with the program, please let us know as soon as possible. To initiate a refund request, please reach out to Jeremy Tufts directly, providing as many details as possible about your situation.
